International orders are dispatched from HK within 2 business days and will arrive according to the carrier estimate calculated at checkout.

Please note that additional time may be required for customs processing of International shipments.
Shipping to remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
How will we know when our order has been dispatched?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped from our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is available for Express Shipping only. We will email you a tracking number once it is available (usually 1-2 days after shipment).
Most standard or lower-priced shipping services have limited tracking available.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to valid PO Box and military addresses. However, we can only ship by Standard Shipping as this method does not require a signature on receipt.
Will there be any import taxes/customs duties?
This really depends on the value of your order and the policy of your local Customs authority. You may be liable for any or all of the following taxes: customs duty, excise duty and import duty. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Will my credit card payment incur additional fees or charges?
Makedo will not add any extra charges to your order.
Note: As Makedo is based in Australia, some banks may apply an International Transaction Fee in addition to the value of your order (usually 1-3% of the invoice total). This is entirely dependent on the policy of the Credit Card issuing bank. Read more...
NOTE: To ensure you are not charged an International Transaction Fee, payment can be made using your credit card via the PayPal gateway at checkout. This will incur no additional charges and Guest payments do not require a PayPal account.
What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If you have not received your order by the estimated arrival date in your confirmation email, first check with your local postal and customs offices to see if they are holding your order. If after this your order cannot be located, please contact our customer support team at: hello@make.do
Please note that some International shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other routing destinations along the way.
Returns
The first step is to contact us and provide as much information as possible to support your request. Our support staff will assess and respond accordingly.

Please note that the stock will need to be unopened and in saleable condition and the return shipping is at your cost.
